Defy support is hopeless - no spares for appliances that are on the market.

I have a Defy DHG604 gas hob. From when I got it, the wok pot stand (large front left burner) was warped and would rock when putting a pot on it. I tried to straighten it slightly and it broke.

I went to the Defy Service Centre in Bellville and they are unable to get a replacement pot stand. I find this shocking in terms of support from Defy.

It is ridiculous that they cannot get spares for one of their appliances that is actively on the market. It is still being sold in stores around the country.
