I purchased a Defy 5 plate gas hob , which is still under warranty, I used it for 6 months started experiencing problems, 1 plate would not ignite, made a request for it to be repaired, technician came in 4 times ....he just could not repair it .....its been a month now....on the technician's last visit he said he will call in a higher level technician .....the next day I receive a telephone stating that I need an electrical to repair the hob....
I'm made to feel that I'm the only customer that has an issue with the stove ....but reading other reviews above I can see there are many other frustrated customers experiencing the same thing that I am experiencing......repair turn around times are disappointing ....there is 6 months left for the warranty to expire and at the rate at which services are carried out ....I feel time is been wasted unnecessarily. I need urgent assistance from Defy ...
