I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Defy branch.
I reported that my stove and oven were not working and was told a technician would be sent. I was also advised to buy stove plates, which I did (two plates).
After that, communication was terrible. My calls were ignored, my WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and I had to keep chasing them.
When the technician finally arrived, he said he was only sent for stove plates, not the oven — which was not what we agreed on. I was then told the repair would cost double the original amount.
To make matters worse, one staff member insisted he sold me four plates, which is false — he sold me two.
This entire experience was confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. I felt dismissed and misled. I expected better from a brand like Defy.
