I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Defy branch. I reported that my stove and oven were not working and was told a technician would be sent. I was also advised to buy stove plates, which I did (two plates). After that, communication was terrible. My calls were ignored, my WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and I had to keep chasing them. When the technician finally arrived, he said he was only sent for stove plates, not the oven — which was not what we agreed on. I was then told the repair would cost double the original amount. To make matters worse, one staff member insisted he sold me four plates, which is false — he sold me two. This entire experience was confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. I felt dismissed and misled. I expected better from a brand like Defy.
I am writing to express my utter disgust and frustration with the service I received from the DSTV Agency in PMB. Over the past three months, I have visited their office close to 5 times to resolve an issue with my decoder, and yet, my problem remains unresolved. The level of incompetence and lack of concern for customers is appalling. Each time I visit, I am met with the same excuse: "The system is offline." This is not a temporary issue, but rather a perpetual problem that they seem unwilling to address. To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to suggest that I return in the morning, despite knowing that I have work commitments during that time. This is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful. I demand better service from a company that claims to provide premium entertainment solutions. It's time for this agency to take responsibility for their failures and provide adequate support to their customers. *DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY* Until they improve their service, I would strongly advise against using the DSTV Agency in PMB.
