Be careful with dell units that are about go out of warranty, they don't replace, they come up with stories

Dell warranty does not seem to honor their SLA to replace faulty components that are about to go out of warranty. I have a laptop that the keys are coming out the speaker sound is teary, the machine is still under warranty, and no visible user induced damage, but because the machine is about to go out of warranty in 2 months, they are saying keyboard is not covered under warranty.
