Dell warranty does not seem to honor their SLA to replace faulty components that are about to go out of warranty. I have a laptop that the keys are coming out the speaker sound is teary, the machine is still under warranty, and no visible user induced damage, but because the machine is about to go out of warranty in 2 months, they are saying keyboard is not covered under warranty.

First and foremost, getting through to any department is time consuming you can hold for close to an hour. I have opted for value added product since my inception of my insurance policy, since then, I had 2 incidents that needed mechanical repairs, the claim is somehow delayed and or rejected but the surprising part is that each and every month their premiums are going off and deducted from my account so I'm asking myself why are they deducting money from my account but when I need their assistance I get thrown from pillar to post. I'm currently on hold on the line for almost an hour now. I just need to cancel both my insurance and their value added product as I don't see what I'm paying for. If they are not able to assist me with the mechanical issues, what's going to happen should I loose my car? Insurance sometimes are a waste of money.
