AI Assistant is unacceptable

I would strongly advise against buying a laptop from this company if you value after-sales support.

I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for several months, and it is nearly impossible to get proper assistance. The company does not allow direct contact via phone or email — you are forced to go through their AI support system, which has been completely ineffective in resolving my issue.

From the beginning, the laptop has had overheating problems. Only after a long delay did they send a technician (two weeks ago) to replace the fan as a possible fix. After that, I was informed that the motherboard also needed to be replaced.

When the technician returned to replace the motherboard, he was clearly unfami**** with the system and had to ask for guidance throughout the process, which wasted even more of my time.

Despite all of this, the laptop is still overheating, and there has been no meaningful resolution. I have spent a significant amount of money on this device, as well as countless hours trying to get it fixed, with no success.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and the lack of proper customer support is unacceptable.
