I would strongly advise against buying a laptop from this company if you value after-sales support. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for several months, and it is nearly impossible to get proper assistance. The company does not allow direct contact via phone or email — you are forced to go through their AI support system, which has been completely ineffective in resolving my issue. From the beginning, the laptop has had overheating problems. Only after a long delay did they send a technician (two weeks ago) to replace the fan as a possible fix. After that, I was informed that the motherboard also needed to be replaced. When the technician returned to replace the motherboard, he was clearly unfami**** with the system and had to ask for guidance throughout the process, which wasted even more of my time. Despite all of this, the laptop is still overheating, and there has been no meaningful resolution. I have spent a significant amount of money on this device, as well as countless hours trying to get it fixed, with no success. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and the lack of proper customer support is unacceptable.

Vodacom signal most of the time really bad. Can't really do anything in the evening as only to google something takes you more than 10 minutes just to go on google nevermind to search it. When are we going to pay for something that works?
I ordered a fridge online to collect it at the store. But had to change it to delivery. I changed it that same day, waited 3 days for a quotation, after I phoned numerous times they just transfer me to someone els evertime. I still didnt recieve any quotation even up until today.Then I decided to cancel the order and they just again kept on transferring me from one person to the other and just said they do no know how to cancel an order.. Thus am i still waiting and still can not get a hold of anyone that can help me. Just Wish I knew it from the beginnig so that I did not pay all the money for nothing as we really need it.
