If I could give a negative score, I would do that. I have engaged with Tanya (she’s supposedly the account manager), what a joke of an employee. You call and explain to her the issue, she will be so nice to you saying I will have a look just now but she does nothing all the time. I first requested her to correct the monthly bill in January 2025 and credit my account because I had paid additional money around November 2024. Today is the 16 of April, nothing has been done & I get charged interest too. This is after ‘I don’t know’ how many calls and emails. The service is appalling to say the least.

I have Delucia properties as a body corporate and for the last 3 if not 4 years I have been querying my electricity bill and nothing much happens. I get charged exorbitant amounts and get a " there must be a problem with your meter". I live with my kid, we leave home just after 6 and come back after 6 PM almoat daily. I dont use my electricity that much and yet every year in June it goes up by over a thousand rand and nobody can really explain why. They tell me that's what my.meter read or my usage and I know it is a lie as they just divide the electricity usage by number of units and sizes. My bill went up by over R2000 since July. I was traveling which I do a lot in November and just came back to an electricity bill that more than October. I got a credit note and just over R1000 was taken out but no one can explain why I was charged that much in the first place and why I am still paying more than I did last month. I'm so sick of this, if anyone can recommend where to go to lay a formal complaint, please do that! They're clearly ripping us off.
