Terrible Customer Service

Their customer service is very poor. The agent hangs up on you if they cannot assist you. Very argumentative, bad listener and does not pick up after they drop the call. It seems to be a private number as well, with one agent available.

Their exchange policy is flawed as well. If they are out of stock, there should be a refund because there are literally no other options.
