Terrible Customer Service
Their customer service is very poor. The agent hangs up on you if they cannot assist you. Very argumentative, bad listener and does not pick up after they drop the call. It seems to be a private number as well, with one agent available. Their exchange policy is flawed as well. If they are out of stock, there should be a refund because there are literally no other options.

Terrible Customer Service

Unprofessional and *********** staff
Do not buy from this store!!! You can't refund any items you buy and the quality of the jeans aren't great. You might as well buy in the actual store where can exchange and return items. They are not willing to assist you in any way. The staff at the stores don't even know how to treat you as a client they're unprofessional and no help at all. I would not recommend or buy from the place ever again!! They don't even deserve a rating

Do not buy from this store!!! You can't refund any items you buy and the quality of the jeans aren't great. You might as well buy in the actual store where can exchange and return items. They are not willing to assist you in any way. The staff at the stores don't even know how to treat you as a client they're unprofessional and no help at all. ****** ********s i placed a order on their website they informed me after no correspondence received from them that my order is pending waiting payment from different banks two weeks later they claimed to have never received it and it was done through a third party Payflex absolutely unprofessional I was blocked from all correspondence to get my money or goods be careful people

Denim SA **** alert
I bought 5 guess jeans on special. After sending the money I've been getting excuses. I asked for the tracking number , Aranex. They sent me a barcode from the bag, 3 days after receiving the code I contacted them they said package is with Aramex. I contacted Aramex via Whatsapp where you type your tracking or barcode. The response is that it's invalid. I contacted Denim SA, they 064 612 9009 number is now one tick when I send messages then I contacted the alternative number 072 157 8940, my problems intensified now because this girl Thando that I spoke to now says to me I just spoke to Aramex they have your parcel .to this point I've been asking for the correct tracking number I haven't received one, no update on my parcel.
