This is by far the worst credit bureaus. I logged a dispute several times for the same issue but I am not getting any feedback. I have 2 accounts listed on my profile since 2019 where the last payment information is incorrect. These accounts are not on transunion or.any other credit bureau but its still on experian. This is frustrating to say the least😤
There is nothing as frustrating as logging a dispute and waiting 20days on feedback only to have the same accounts back on your profile after they sent you an email stating the dispute was resolved in your favour🤦♀️ now I have to log another dispute for the same issue and yet again wait another 20days if not longer for them to respond. It's frustrating
Do not buy from this store!!! You can't refund any items you buy and the quality of the jeans aren't great. You might as well buy in the actual store where can exchange and return items. They are not willing to assist you in any way. The staff at the stores don't even know how to treat you as a client they're unprofessional and no help at all. I would not recommend or buy from the place ever again!! They don't even deserve a rating
I logged a return for two items which I returned at their takealot branch in Diep River on Saturday 12 April @14:05pm. Just to get an email this afternoon stating that only one item was received and conveniently the most expensive item (timberland boots) was not received. Yet both items was returned at the same time??? Now I have to be inconvenienced because of their negligence. Check your cameras!!!!!
I've been logging disputes for the retention period of accounts on my profile since January. These accounts are not on my transunion profile but its still showing on my experian profile, eventhough its been more than 5 years. I have not received any feedback to this day. They do not respond to your emails and you hold for hours when you try calling them directly. The service is really poor! You send all the information yet your profile is not being updated accordingly
After countless follow ups on my withdrawal claim, which has been submitted in October already. Only to find out this morning they are waiting on feedback from me with regards to my savings pot. I am so frustrated with this company they have not communicated with me once since my claim was submitted. The administrator Chenaaz Flood dealing with my claim has not responded to any of my emails once, but they are waiting on feedback from me my they are not communicating with me!!! It's been 8 weeks already since my claim is in process. The lady I spoke to this morning said my claim will only be paid next year because of the delay on feedback but they are the once not giving feedback or communicating anything to a person. You have to call ion everyday but yet you don't get the correct information This is the worst retirement fund to deal with!!!!
They don't even deserve a rating! How is it possible that they're experiencing high call volumes every day for the whole day. I can't get through to speak to any consultant, they don't respond on emails. This is the worst company to deal with. All I want to do is follow up on my claim
I have been trying to get hold of this bureau for the last week. They don't respond on emails and when you call you hold on for more than 20mins and still no answer. I have logged a dispute on the 24th of January but yet I have not received any feedback. The same dispute has been resolved with TransUnion but I am still waiting on Experian. WHY am I not getting feedback for something this simple. I have sent multiple email with proof as well as the settled dispute with Transunion but still no response.
This is by far the worst company to deal with. Their service is horrible!!! I've been waiting on my refund for more than a month. Management and staff are incompetent. This company don't even deserve a star !!!!!
