Extremely poor service from this company. I booked in my brush cutter for repairs on 5 February 2024. On the 5th March 2024 they notified me that it ready however after payment and during collection test it was found out that the problem it was booked in for was not repaired. I made numerous follow ups telephonically (all yielded nothing except a promise to call back which they never did). On 28 March 2024 I requested for a refund and provided banking details - Denise indicated that it will take 10 working days for the money to reflect in my account. As usual, we are past 10 days, they have neither refunded me nor returned my machine.
