What Service?

The worst service ever. I bought 2 machines from them a while ago, and brought them in for a service. I was quoted 2-3 weeks.

4 weeks later the one machine was "Uneconomical" to fix and I bought a new one. They said they will give me the old one back - Up to now they did not.

15 weeks later the other machine that WAS in a working condition is still not "fixed". I have been phoning regularly, and the manager would have called me 3 times already, but up to now NOTHING.

I cannot recommend these guys, not even to my worst enemy.
