The worst service ever. I bought 2 machines from them a while ago, and brought them in for a service. I was quoted 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later the one machine was "Uneconomical" to fix and I bought a new one. They said they will give me the old one back - Up to now they did not. 15 weeks later the other machine that WAS in a working condition is still not "fixed". I have been phoning regularly, and the manager would have called me 3 times already, but up to now NOTHING. I cannot recommend these guys, not even to my worst enemy.
It is my pleasure to write a positive review. NFC.co.za (No Finance Cars) is a company that works on the Rent to Own model for cars. At this stage (after COVID, loosing my job, etc) NO bank wanted to lend me money, even though I can afford the payments. NFC helped me to obtain a car, the process experience was very good BUT then the car broke JUST outside of my 30 day "Report any faults to us" period, the total cost (initial quote) was for R20,000. NFC (Brad in particular) fought very hard for me and I thank the management team of NFC for listening to him and hearing his reasons. And I am WELL PLEASED to say they fixed it for me AND within the 30 day "Report any faults to us" period, even though I was outside of this period. I Love you guys and will most probably get another car FROM you for the "near future" University students in my house.
These guys are AWESOME and know how to fix a car! They dont waste your money and only do what needs to be done!
If you need an online tool to sign any document for legal purposes, this is the app / site to use. It has several fantastic features and I have had no issues from third parties to accept the documents I sign, NOT even banks.
These guys were good when BEFORE they split off and started their own service centre. Family and I made use of them for more than 10 years and they NEVER let us down. But now that they have started their own shop things went south real quick. Our Toyota broke down on the highway and there were no lights or electricity on the car at all. Towed it in and took it to Spore. We also told them the last time they fixed the car (before they split off to start their own shop) that there were an oil leak, that time they stated the head gasket should be replaced, BUT this did not fix the oil leak, and that they should please also look at the oil leak. They stated that they saw the head gasket leaked (AGAIN) and filled the engine, so they fixed it. We got the car back and something was just not right + the engine light came on, AND I still saw that the car leaked oil... I took it back and then they said it was the oxygen sensor, replaced that. We got the car back and something was just not right + the engine light came on, AND I still saw that the car leaked oil... I took the car back and they said it was the number one coil, but at this stage we has no more money and they quoted me. I got the part for half the price they quoted, drove to them, replaced it. They also stated that the power steering pump was leaking the oil. No money so I will just keep an eye on it. We got the car back and something was just not right + the engine light came on, This time I turned around before I got home and took it back. They took it back to the auto elec and they stated they cannot find anything wrong with the car and that I had to take it to the Toyota dealership. So I got the car back, for some reason the engine light does not go on anymore but there is still something wrong, the car keeps on stuttering as if it does not get petrol or something... I have now lost all my faith in these guys and will not recommend them at all, rather, they have lost 6 cars customers in one family.
I bought several products from Makro in the past, In particular stove ovens. One of these started to trip the electricity in my house and I took the stove back to one of the Makro branches. They informed me that I cannot bring it into the branch but that they will log a call for me. I regularly followed up. I was contacted once to say they are sending someone, No one came. Then they asked me to send them photos of the stove, I have done this, yet no one came. 56 days later I still do not have a working stove. Can anyone who read this and know someone in Makro try to kick someone in Makro to come and fix my stove?
