Dental Savers Polokwane - so unprofessional it should be illegal

I had an appointment for 10 am and was told to be there at 9:45. I was exactly on time. (After driving a 100km to get there.)

After filling out a multitude of repetitive forms (all of them geared towards making sure they receive payment and very little else) I was told to wait.

There were no other patients in evidence, but quite a few staff members were drifting around and chatting. I could hear ladies in the next room discussing me as well, and complaining that I dare need tooth cleaning as well as a crown at this time of the year. Apparently it was also a problem that I recently moved to Mokopane from Pretoria...

After an hour of this, I got up to leave. In response, the receptionist only said 'bye.'

This is the most unprofessional and rude medical practice I have ever had the sad misfortune of encountering. Their rudeness and total disregard for patients borders on the criminal. I only give the 1 star rating as a -10 rating is not available.

They are to be avoided at all costs.
