Pathetic dishonest service
Dental saver Polokwane sent me to Dental Studio Got to the studio with pain in my tooth, the charged me R800 for scanning and dismissed me saying..... they have to find out from Dental saver if my medical aid still has funds...... Imagine? Dental saver nor Studio never called me back but claimed from my medical aid I promise to make a TikTok video and take this to Twitter to expose the bad service because I have proof This is unacceptable and unprofessional

Dental Savers Polokwane - so unprofessional it should be illegal
I had an appointment for 10 am and was told to be there at 9:45. I was exactly on time. (After driving a 100km to get there.) After filling out a multitude of repetitive forms (all of them geared towards making sure they receive payment and very little else) I was told to wait. There were no other patients in evidence, but quite a few staff members were drifting around and chatting. I could hear ladies in the next room discussing me as well, and complaining that I dare need tooth cleaning as well as a crown at this time of the year. Apparently it was also a problem that I recently moved to Mokopane from Pretoria... After an hour of this, I got up to leave. In response, the receptionist only said 'bye.' This is the most unprofessional and rude medical practice I have ever had the sad misfortune of encountering. Their rudeness and total disregard for patients borders on the criminal. I only give the 1 star rating as a -10 rating is not available. They are to be avoided at all costs.

Worst dental service!
Dental Savers... So i made a apointment and they told me there are a amount outstanding so i asked them may i pay it with my next visit and the lady told me yes. So today a day before my appointment i recieve a call that i need to pay the oustanding amount before the can assist me. So i told them okey send me the detail and i will do eft. No they say i must call the Attorneys that they have handed ne to. I asked the lady pelase send me their details and she told me no iam busy eith month end so i asked her for her bosses nr and se rudly told me no. After a big fight i recieve both numbers. I called the Attorneys ons a sell nr... and asked them to send me the detail so that i can make the payment. No the guy told me i need to send him a Whatsapp with my nr and email and he will send it to me? This is not professional at all. Is a day before my appointment and oam staying almos 200km from town just to be told this!? Worst worst worst
