Bad service

I am a student and am currently writing exams. I got so stressed over the weekend and clenched my jaws until I gave myself severe tooth ache.<br> <br> After explaining the entire situation to Dr Walters yesterday and what the symptoms were, he proceeded to check my mouth and recommended that I have a tooth extracted, which he then extracted. <br> <br> Later on, I found out the proper proceedure for applying for the sick exam at university and it required him to complete a form. I took the form this morning and he was hesitant to complete it. He questioned me and it appeared as if he had either forgotten or not listened to a word I had said yesterday when I explained the reason for my condition. <br> <br> I found his service very unprofessional as he told me that it is \quite convenient"of me to get tooth ache in the exam period"
