Poor Communication , Bad technical ability

I need to stress our frustration and utter disappointment with the technical ability to fix a problem with a boot lock. Weve brought our car back twice already for the same problem , while at your place you fix the problem and then a day or two later the same issue occurs again.

We CANNOT afford to drive up and down on a weekly basis to have this issue fixed , this must be fixed for once and for all or the insurance must get involved and remove you from their preferred supplier list. This coming in to fix the issue is costing us as the customer time and money which we don’t have.
