This is the worst platform ever , they are quick to allow you to make deposits and when you want to withdraw there is a 100 0000 requirements for example submitting a bank statement for compliance that shows a particular deposit made , my bank statement contains personal information which I will not disclose. Normal FICA requirements is ID and Proof of banking details , I will definitely open a ***** and theft case against Jackpot City and also report them to the national gambling board
Good Day I am extremely annoyed with Avis , I booked a vehicle via the web to be picked up in Newcastle but never collected the vehicle , my bank account was debited last week for the amount of R583 and now again for R583. This is clearly ***** and I would be going to the SAPS to open a case of ***** against Avis. I suggest you reverse both these charges to avoid legal action The booking number was 1468-7759-ZA-2
Useless company , they phone you from a number that you cant call back , and then when they call you the drop the call so what the hell do you do
I need to stress our frustration and utter disappointment with the technical ability to fix a problem with a boot lock. Weve brought our car back twice already for the same problem , while at your place you fix the problem and then a day or two later the same issue occurs again. We CANNOT afford to drive up and down on a weekly basis to have this issue fixed , this must be fixed for once and for all or the insurance must get involved and remove you from their preferred supplier list. This coming in to fix the issue is costing us as the customer time and money which we don’t have.
So I contacted FNB on sunday regarding a unauthorised transaction on my account for R800 , its Wednesday no feedback at all. Should I get legal advise about this and institute legal action against fnb for the theft of my money
Ordered an item online last week and no one seems to be willing to assist as it is now 7 days later. Called them and emailed them response is non existent
So I accidentally short paid R80 on my credit card in the month of september and you go and affect my credit rating. FOR DAMN SAKE R80 this is so pathetic and I will be moving my bond and credit card away fro m this **** company
Did multichoice know that its against the popia act to keep on phoning its clients and trying to sell product. It driving me crazy. If I get one more call from Multi choice I will be taking legal action
So I joined Bonitas on the first of march and what a pathetic company , I was diagnosed with MS in 2020 and ive been on injectables since then. I saw my neurologist on the 31st of March and send through the script and a letter advising the medical aid that the MS is stable and that we need to continue with the meds. Yesterday I received a letter stating that they are rejecting the script which is part of a PMB as per legislation. this is now having an impact on my health and I will take legal action against Bonitas
Worst Customer service ever and sends you demand without any detail pertaining to the outstanding amount and just says you need to pay the amount. Pathetic company
