power problem in martin street tedstoneville, germiston

we are having a major issue with no power , we are a few house in martin street, tedstoneville, germiston and since 25th December until today we have been off 6 times, we come on for 2 to 3 days and off for 3 to 4 days, we have been emailing ekuhurleni but to no avail on assistance, nevermind all the reference numbers it actually means nothing, we have to go to the depot to get the guys to come out, this is such pathetic service.
