power problem in martin street tedstoneville, germiston
we are having a major issue with no power , we are a few house in martin street, tedstoneville, germiston and since 25th December until today we have been off 6 times, we come on for 2 to 3 days and off for 3 to 4 days, we have been emailing ekuhurleni but to no avail on assistance, nevermind all the reference numbers it actually means nothing, we have to go to the depot to get the guys to come out, this is such pathetic service.

COMPLETELY UPSET
now I am completely upset with this MY DEBT HERO, I was shown and have proof that my debit order was cancelled yet they change the date and put another debit order through, MY DEBT HERO you better refund me this week not next week, I am gatvol of trying to sort this out, long enough is long enough, I am taking you to the OMBUDSMAN, THERE IS NOTHING LEFT FOR ME TO DO

Poor Service
I need to cancel my debit order, I have in writing that it has been cancelled yet my debit order went off end of June 2024, I have been trying to get this sorted since end of May 2024 but to no avail.They are very quick to get you onto their system but when you have sorted your debt and want to cancel you get no answers, their service is appalling, I am so fustrated with them. I am also waiting for them to sort out my Axis Direct refund as it is also paid up, but my Debt Hero has paid Direct Axis. there is just no communication.
