No Response Regarding My National N Diploma (Educare)- Very Frustrating

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance from both Westcol TVET College and the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).

I emailed them on 05 February 2026 regarding my National N Diploma (Educare), which is still reflecting as non-compliant despite the fact that I have completed all N4–N6 subjects and the required 18 months of workplace experience. My employer letter and logbook were submitted through Westcol (Krugersdorp Campus).

To date, I have not received any response to my email. I have also tried calling both DHET and Westcol multiple times, but my calls go unanswered. It is very frustrating because this diploma is important for my career growth and employment opportunities.

All I am asking for is confirmation that my documents were received and verified, or guidance on what may still be outstanding. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I urgently request that both institutions attend to this matter and provide feedback as soon as possible.
