Title: No Response Regarding My National N Diploma (Educare) – Very Frustrating I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance from both Westcol TVET College and the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). I emailed them on 05 February 2026 regarding my National N Diploma (Educare), which is still reflecting as non-compliant despite the fact that I have completed all N4–N6 subjects and the required 18 months of workplace experience. My employer letter and logbook were submitted through Westcol (Krugersdorp Campus). To date, I have not received any response to my email. I have also tried calling both DHET and Westcol multiple times, but my calls go unanswered. It is very frustrating because this diploma is important for my career growth and employment opportunities. All I am asking for is confirmation that my documents were received and verified, or guidance on what may still be outstanding. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Vodacom. I logged a request almost two months ago (Service Request 5-36176360739603) to have my account converted to prepaid and to dispute incorrect charges. I was supposedly assigned to a representative, Retshidisitswe Dzanibe, who was meant to contact me, but they never actually called me. The disputed amount has not been reversed or properly addressed, and my account has still not been converted to prepaid. This matter has been dragging for nearly two months with no clear feedback or resolution. I expect urgent intervention to: • Finalize the billing dispute • Convert my account to prepaid immediately • Provide written confirmation once resolved This experience has been frustrating and stressful. I hope Vodacom will take this complaint seriously and resolve it without further delays.
Vodacom processed an unauthorised migration cancellation on my line that I never requested. I was on prepaid before this issue, yet my line was changed without my consent and billed R1528.08. This matter has been ongoing for over a month, despite me calling Vodacom almost daily. The charge has not been disputed, my line has not been restored to prepaid, and no proper feedback or resolution has been provided. This situation has left me emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually drained. It is unacceptable to continuously chase a correction for an error I did not cause. I am demanding: • Immediate reversal of the unauthorised R1528.08 charge • Immediate restoration of my line to prepaid, as it was before • A formal explanation and accountability for this unauthorised action Vodacom’s lack of urgency and accountability is extremely disappointing. I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay.
Vodacom Held Me Accountable for an Unauthorised Migration — Over a Month With No Resolution I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by Vodacom’s complete failure to resolve an issue that Vodacom itself caused. An amount of R1,528.08 was added to my account for a migration that I never requested or authorised. My line was originally on prepaid, yet due to this unauthorised action, my line status was changed without my consent. To date, my line is still not on prepaid, despite repeated follow-ups. This matter has been ongoing for over a month and has caused me significant emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual distress. What is most unacceptable is the lack of accountability — the consultant responsible has not been held accountable, and I continue to suffer the consequences of an error that was not mine. Vodacom reference number: 5-36174217121554 My expectations are reasonable and non-negotiable: • Immediate reversal of the unauthorised charge of R1,528.08 • Immediate restoration of my line back to prepaid, as it was before the migration • A written explanation of how this unauthorised migration occurred • Confirmation of corrective action taken against the consultant involved I should not be financially or emotionally prejudiced due to Vodacom’s internal errors. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter further.
