Incompetence , sent from pillar to post because Home affairs messed up 7 years ago

What a dreadful experience, having to que all morning then be told that centurion home affairs made a mistake on my daughter's Birth certificate 7 years ago by NOT STAMPING THE birth certificate, OMG , As if I work there. ? The lady at id application cubicle 4 was of no help .

I lost a days salary and had to deal with incompetence because why can they not just correct there own mistake . I am very frustrated and need to warn other citizens of the problems to anticipate because ,you will be dissipointed shame !!
