I trust you are well.I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your Pavilion Home Affairs office. While I was extremely impressed with the outstanding service provided by Dudu Mkhize and Kwazi Mchunu and Sifiso Zondi. I was unfortunately disappointed by the attitude and conduct of several other staff members.
Dudu ,Kwazi and Sifiso were professional, friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to assist me. Their approach made the entire process smooth and pleasant, and they are a asset to your department.
In contrast, other staff members were abrupt, unfriendly, and unhelpful, which created an uncomfortable experience for many clients. Customer service plays a vital role in public trust, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in this area.
I strongly encourage management to recognise the excellent work of Dudu Mkhize and Kwazi Mchunu and Sifiso Zondi and to consider using their standard of service as a model for the rest of the team. Quite honestly, the department would benefit greatly from having more staff members with their professionalism and positive attitude.
