The best customer service I have ever received has been from Polly Mndaweni. She goes above and beyond in her work ā even waking up at 2am if I reached out about medical issues. She sent me encouraging messages, constantly kept me updated with my claim, and truly cared about my well-being. Her support made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, and Iām deeply grateful for her dedication and compassion.

URGENT COMPLAINT: Incorrect Upgrade on Wrong Number & Poor Store Conduct (Berea Branch) To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unresolved issue at the Telkom Berea Store that began in March 2025. During my visit, an upgrade was processed incorrectly by a staff member named Maxine Scheepers, who upgraded the wrong number on my account. Since then, I have made countless attempts to resolve this issue at store level, but I have received no meaningful feedback or assistance. This lack of communication led to unpleasant and unprofessional confrontations with the store manager, Lynette, who eventually went as far as to block me from further engaging with the store. This situation has caused me serious inconvenience and distress, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service. I am now urgently requesting: Immediate reversal or correction of the incorrect upgrade made in March. Incorrect amounts added to my account. Still awaiting my refunds for the months my account was billed and to make matters worse,im being billed a cancelation fee for a phone I never received. R1613.13 and added cost of reversing my debits because of amounts im disputing added onto my bill which is no fault of mine. I CALLED THE BILLING TEAM MORE THAN 30 TIMES PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GO LISTEN TO ALL THOSE CALLS AND THE PAIN AND RUDENESS I WAS PUT THROUGH ,AND YOUR AGENTS TOLD ME STRAIGHT THAT THEY CANT HELP I MUST GO BACK TO THE STORE. THIS TRAUMA IV BEEN PUT THROUGH I WISH IT ON NO ONE. ITS CAUSED ME SO MUCH DISTRESS. FOR ALL THE YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH TELKOM NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE HAVE I BEEN PUT THEOUGH SUCH HELL,NOW ALL THIS IS CAUSING MY ACCOUNT A NEGATIVE IMAGE CAUSE IM HAVING TO REVERSE DEBITS WHICH NEVER EVER HAPPEND BEFORE ,SO HOW ON EARTH CAN I PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER EVEN SIGN FOR OR RECEIVE A written explanation as to why this issue took so long to resolve. Assurance that I will not be billed for a contract or upgrade I did not authorize. I can provide any supporting documentation, including proof of the correct number, billing statements, and prior communication if needed. Please treat this matter as urgent.
