Inspection & Enforcement Services Non - Responsive and Terrible Service

I am writing this email seeking your intervention in resolving my case. In 2023, I submitted my UIF application at the Kempton Park labour centre where it was established that there is an employer by the name of Quickvest 10 Pty Ltd that was paying my declarations parallel to my then employer. I have never worked for this company and I don’t know the company. My case was referred to the Belville labour office since this company was based in the Western Cape. Almost 3 years later, this case has not been resolved, no one has even given me constructive feedback regarding the matter as a result I have no idea what is going on. Instead, I have been moved from to pilar to post with my case being assigned to different people that don’t even have the decency to respond to my emails when requesting feedback. My humble request to you is that you please intervene in this matter so that this matter can be resolved and I can proceed with my UIF application. Please understand that I am currently unemployed and it is only fair that I at least get what is due to me. I really can’t be begging people to respond and resolve this for almost 3 years.

Lavinia Brown ; Natalie Heideman; Nicole Cloete; Tebogo Maduwa all failed to assist me they kept on moving me from one *********** person to the other.

Can I please have this resolved.
