I am writing this email seeking your intervention in resolving my case. In 2023, I submitted my UIF application at the Kempton Park labour centre where it was established that there is an employer by the name of Quickvest 10 Pty Ltd that was paying my declarations parallel to my then employer. I have never worked for this company and I don’t know the company. My case was referred to the Belville labour office since this company was based in the Western Cape. Almost 3 years later, this case has not been resolved, no one has even given me constructive feedback regarding the matter as a result I have no idea what is going on. Instead, I have been moved from to pilar to post with my case being assigned to different people that don’t even have the decency to respond to my emails when requesting feedback. My humble request to you is that you please intervene in this matter so that this matter can be resolved and I can proceed with my UIF application. Please understand that I am currently unemployed and it is only fair that I at least get what is due to me. I really can’t be begging people to respond and resolve this for almost 3 years. Lavinia Brown ; Natalie Heideman; Nicole Cloete; Tebogo Maduwa all failed to assist me they kept on moving me from one *********** person to the other. Can I please have this resolved.

Quality of shoes is very bad. The brown shoes is peeling off and I had to buy another pair of shoes for my son because the store refused to take back the shoes. You are ****mers
In May 2025 I bought brown Taughees shoes from Shoe City Festival mall. In September 2025 the same pair of shoes, the brown "leather "started peeling off which now was not in a condition where once can wear them. On Saturday 20th September I went back to the same store where I bought the shoes with a receipt requesting a refund or an exchange. I was assisted by a lady that literally accused me of deliberately destroying the shoes. The lady was very rude and had a bad attitude towards me. She said to me I will get a call from the store the following Monday and to-date I am still wating for that call. I am really disappointed in the manner in which I was treated as a customer, the lady refused to give me a her name and her customer service skills were very poor. I want my money and please deal with your staff, they are very rude. I cannot send so much money on school shoes just for them to peel off in less than 6 months. You are providing a very bad service to your customers and I will never ever buy shoes from your shop ever again. Your staff is rude and very ill mannered.
I have a personal loan with standard bank. I app**** for a payment holiday from July until October which was granted. When I was unable to pay I was getting funny emails, text and phone calls from standard bank reminding me that my repayment is in areas. In September I called standard bank requesting a settlement amount but I was told that they were unable to access the system and I was promised that someone will call me back to give me the balance. Today, again I called standard bank from a branch and I was informed that my account has been handed over to Stupel and Berman Attorneys which was news to my ears. Standard bank is debiting my account on a monthly basis from September and I have been trying to settle my loan since then but I am not getting any joy from them instead I am being moved from pillar to post. I tried to call Stupel and Berman Attorneys but they are not answering their phone. Now that I want to settle my loan you are playing hide and seek with me but you had the audacity to call me, send me messages and emails even though my payment holiday application was approved. I need to settle this loan, can someone that is capable of doing their job call me and sort this out. Your customer services really sucks,
Old Mutual has to most horrible, awful, terrible, bad, horrific, dreadful service ever. I have been trying to withdraw a portion of my pension fund and preserving the balance to Stanlib since July 2023. Now in September they are claiming to have sent the ROT link to Stanlib which they didn't. Stanlib is say we have not received that link where we need to accept the instruction and Old Mutual is insisting that they have sent the link. I have been on the phone for 2 weeks just trying to get them to send the link to Stanlib but they are always coming up with stories. Old Mutual is the worst of them all and I wouldn't recommend any one to use their pension fund services. It looks like their intention is to frustrate me to such a point that I ask if they can preserve the funds for me. Old Mutual if you are so confident about your systems, why are so many people unhappy about your service? Please keep in mind that is is my money that I am claiming I am not asking for a loan. Can you please sort this out and pay out my pension money, that is my money, I am not applying for a personal loan
On 15th December I hired a car at East London and I was given a car that wasn't engaging properly into gears. The car was handed back in on the 18th December in perfect condition. To-date I have not have not received my deposit back. I'm told that the payment was done on Friday 30th December but I'm still waiting. I regret ever using your services, never again. I want my money
My claim was allocated to Adam Sekgabi who was very professional and friendly in processing my claim. the claim took only 3 days to be finalized. Thank you for the good service rendered, not once did I ever have to chase after you for feed back on my claim but you were the one calling. Now I'm just waiting for my voucher card to be delivered. Thank you for the good customer service Adam
I felt disrespected as a customer.
