I registered a claim in 2023 for an injured employee, it took months for the claim to be registered, i paid my employee for the months she was off sick, i have been going to Alberton Labor center since then with required documents however every time those were wrong according to them just to buy time, sometimes we will be told the system is off we need to go, sometimes other friends of theirs will come in with bulk documents and be assisted. i have been travelling that road till today to claim for refund on TTDs., the service is really bad i must say, demotivating. As a domestic employer, i did all to my power to do the right thing, i had to ask my employee to go home since i was unable to pay her anymore since i am not being refunded. I have been dealing with Thapelo
