I registered a claim in 2023 for an injured employee, it took months for the claim to be registered, i paid my employee for the months she was off sick, i have been going to Alberton Labor center since then with required documents however every time those were wrong according to them just to buy time, sometimes we will be told the system is off we need to go, sometimes other friends of theirs will come in with bulk documents and be assisted. i have been travelling that road till today to claim for refund on TTDs., the service is really bad i must say, demotivating. As a domestic employer, i did all to my power to do the right thing, i had to ask my employee to go home since i was unable to pay her anymore since i am not being refunded. I logged a claim with CF in 2023 Nov as an employer, and i have paid my employer during the time she was booked off sick, i started claiming the refund of TTD'S since then till today no resolution. Every time i go to the Alberton labour centre i speak to Thapelo who will come with excuses everyday and not responding to my issues, however He will assist other people He knows
Sanlam has a reality program which offers wonderful benefits but their app has not been working for ages , what’s the point. I use the benefits for booking movies with NuMetro which frustrates me a lot. When tickets are booked the system applies one discount despite number of tickets purchased and I believe this was done deliberately to maximise on their profit, I thought two tickets and one has a discount and another does not have meaning I’m ********** a benefit and money. This need investigation and updating their system
Nu Metro’s system is a ****, I thought three tickets this morning via their website.Two tickets are for the same movie and one is for a different movie. Their system is programmed to apply for one ticket discount dispute choosing more than one sit. During the process I’m not prompted to apply for each ticket individually which I don’t understand why should I apply for each ticket when I have a benefit for that. I’m with Sanlam Reality which is another headache because their app has not been working for some time now. When I realised that the system app**** discount for one ticket only I called immediately to get help. I’m being told that unfortunately there is nothing that can be done and next time when I book I should call them, my question is why does this option of online is there in the first place, secondly their system should validate under the seat chosen and auto apply the discount. I want to believe this has been happening with me but I was unaware, this is a **** and I think Nu Metro and Sanlam are aware of this especially NuMetro. This matter should be investigated and their app be updated to support the customer
I went to Dr Bhaga in November 2024 post knee injury which happened in June the same year, I was walking on a Saturday and twisted my right knee, first I ignored the pain since I did not fall, later the pain got worse, I consulted in November and after x-rays and sonar, dr recommended the arthroscopy as I could not bear the pains. the scope showed meniscal tear and other damages, now I request for the report, and the receptionist is making it difficult for me to get the detailed report to submit to my medical aid and employer. Every time I call I get excuses from her in Mulbarton hospital.
I booked my vacation to Thailand in June with travelstart through Abdulla, I cannot tell if their costs are high or not, but what I know is that my trip was painless, from adding my daughter on my travel itinerary I never had an issue, flights booked and accommodation including a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back. I felt like a Queen all the way, thank you Abdulla and Travelstart you are the best.
I am an employer of a domestic employee, in 2023 November 4th, my employee got injured and it took me almost 4 months to finally receive an auth number, from the month she got injured till today i am paying her a salary even though she is struggling with her broken/injured arm. I have submitted documents to Alberton labor center for my refund of TTDs, to date I am taken from pillar to post and i am told to provide documents which were provided initially. I am thinking CF is taking people for granted and not willing to provide service.
First time last year November been to dr Phakoe and the very first time I entered her session room with her I felt at home. Going for gynae checkups can be frustrating more so the Pap smear, worst being my first time going to her but I was so free and she is such a gentle and kind Person and also God fearing person, very professional indeed.
