I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service from the Compensation Fund.
I have a lifetime benefit claim active since 2001, and all I requested was a simple update of my banking details so that my monthly payments can continue without interruption.
Since November 2025, I have:
Submitted all required documents (certified ID, proof of banking, completed forms, etc.) Followed up multiple times Received little to no feedback or resolution
Despite complying with all requirements, my banking details have still not been updated, causing ongoing financial strain.
This is not a new claim — it is an administrative update that should not take months to resolve.
I request:
Immediate update of my banking details Confirmation that future payments will be made into the correct account Feedback on when the outstanding issue will be fully resolved
