I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service from the Compensation Fund. I have a lifetime benefit claim active since 2001, and all I requested was a simple update of my banking details so that my monthly payments can continue without interruption. Since November 2025, I have: Submitted all required documents (certified ID, proof of banking, completed forms, etc.) Followed up multiple times Received little to no feedback or resolution Despite complying with all requirements, my banking details have still not been updated, causing ongoing financial strain. This is not a new claim — it is an administrative update that should not take months to resolve. I request: Immediate update of my banking details Confirmation that future payments will be made into the correct account Feedback on when the outstanding issue will be fully resolved

We have this Netstar system in our vehicle. About 3 months back, they phoned my husband to inform us that the battery or something needed replacing it because it was not picking up the vehicle tracking. So we asked them to come and fix this as the vehicle is at the house during the day, and I will be there to assist the person that needs to fix this after emails up and down to complete the request form for CAS-6461605-H7J6. A month later, they phoned again, and my husband asked again what happened because no one visited us to fix the problem, and we will not pay for a service that is not fixed. My husband even asked the lady what would happen now if the vehicle got ******... she said that they would pick it up on the system ????? After the explanation, they made arrangements for Netstar to come and fix this and made promises that did not happen. This is now going on for 3 months. Netstar handed us over to Creditworx for collection because we did not pay for services that were not even working. I phoned Creditworx's contact number, 0660121709 and no answer. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. We will not pay for something that is not working! The other thing is we signed a letter to Netstar explaining that my husband is on the road and that they need to contact me (His wife) for urgent matters, and they just ignoring their client's needs and requests.
We want to thank George for his assistance and good service with the purchase of our family vehicle, especially his patience with us throughout all our emotions and frustration. We were through a difficult two weeks, struggling with paperwork from other institutions, but Motorcall was patient and understood our situation. We would definitely recommend Motorcall Auto and its staff to future buyers. Thank you team at Motorcall Auto.
Vodacom handed us over to Symington De Kok Attorneys. Apparently we still had a cellphone contract with them after it was CANCELLED. Apparently this was not done. Only when we applied for a bond we got this credit check list showing that we are in an arrears with vodacom! We did not receive any correspondence or notification from Vodacom or the Attorneys that Vodacom appoint. To shorten the story, we now paid the agreed settlement amount given by the Attorneys. With phone calls up and down, and emails we were promised by the Attorney that we will receive our settlement letter by last week Friday already, it is more than 14 days as promised. This morning we received an email from the Attorneys AGAIN stating the following: "Good day, kindly be advised that we are in receipt of your email. Please be advised that VODACOM has not come back to us regarding this matter, a follow up email has been sent. We await there urgent response. Kind Regards Vodacom Symington de Kok Attorneys". Please let us know what is our next step. As this is unacceptable from the Attorneys or their client Vodacom.
