USELESS, PATHETIC INCOMPENTENT DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR

We submitted the required documents on 03 July 2025 for a simple correction. It has now been well over 8 weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups and even setting a clear deadline of 22 August 2025, there has been no response whatsoever. Not even a basic acknowledgment.

This is meant to be a straightforward administrative task, yet the Department has shown zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero communication. The prolonged inaction is directly creating unnecessary risk and negatively impacting operations.

It is disgraceful that a government department tasked with serving the public can operate with such inefficiency. We are now left with no option but to escalate the matter further, as this level of service is completely unacceptable.

Department of Employment and Labour – you are failing the very people you are meant to support.
