Unacceptable service

Despite arranging an installation date with Des Plumbers, they did not pitch for the job. After six months, the company wants to charge me for a call-out fee because they claim that I canceled the installation after they failed to show.

Doing business with them is not recommended since they are unprofessional when it comes to arrangements.
