I placed an online order and made payment on the 25th. The confirmation email clearly stated a delivery timeframe of 3 to 7 business days. It is now day 8, and I have received absolutely no update, no tracking information, and no communication whatsoever. I’ve reached out for assistance and received no meaningful feedback. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left completely in the dark after paying upfront, especially when your own timeline has clearly not been honoured. This is not the way to do business. A complete lack of communication after payment is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and regard for your customers. I will be pursuing a refund or payment reversal if I continue to be ignored.
Despite arranging an installation date with Des Plumbers, they did not pitch for the job. After six months, the company wants to charge me for a call-out fee because they claim that I canceled the installation after they failed to show. Doing business with them is not recommended since they are unprofessional when it comes to arrangements.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, There WhatsApp service is completely useless, you never get to speak or chat to anyone that can be of any help. When logging a ticket on the Website it gets closed a few min later, I tried calling them I was on hold for more than 4 hours. Completely unacceptable support system, WhatsApp’s and online tickets gets closed without any response or usable feedback. My Internet connection just stopped working on the 10th and they said it has been cancelled and my line has been released back into the pool. When contacting the reception, the lady had the audacity to ask me if I paid my account? They already deducted the full amount for September. I then went onto the WebAfrica website and cancelled my line where I will have to pay another month as I can only stop paying them at the end of October 2020 and adding that this was their biggest package available. I then moved to another ISP where after only 7 min my internet was back up and running. Two months ago I cancelled my WebAfrica account and got a call from Heinrich Dourie with a big sales pitch about what he can do for me and making the statement that he will give me his personal email if I have any issues that he will be the man to solve my issues for me. I tried to contact Heinrich with no response as expected so WebAfrica will never see me again or get any recommendation from me to anyone.
Placed an order on there online store, After about 2 weeks of pending status. It has changed to complete. I have tried to contact them multiple times via there website with no response. And not received any delivery of the Item I ordered and paid for.
