I'm very particular about customer service, especially coming from the the field where client care is vital, I used this company for the first time and they've literally been just the best! From start to end, I was in the know of what's going on with my car and the procedure and time constraints involved. Definitely impressed and definitely using this company again.

I am extremely disgusted with the service rendered by Designer Audio. 1stly they are ridiculously priced 2ndly the after sales service is terrible. I had issues with my setup and once replaced the figures didn't add up they supplied a cheap head unit with had no justification in terms of price. they need to have there accreditation stripped I honestly wish I had never dealt with them. Rather deal with image audio in future

<p>A faulty system ( The technician himself told me that)was installed and when I asked for it to be rectified 4 months after installation the company said I must pay again. After 2 weeks of me chasing them and Hyundai whom I bought the car from & who suggested Designer Audio do the car hands free kit , I eventually had the system fixed by designer Audio but only because I kept chasing them, harrasing them & losing my temper.</p>
