CORE SIGHT HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THESE PROVIDERS , THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE SCRATCHED LENS , I CANT HELP THE FACT THAT LENSES GET SCRATCHED , THIS WAS LESS THAN A YEAR DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE
The mtn retention department is absolutely useless to say the least We have upgraded and together with the deal we where to receive a gift box... Which has not materialize to date complaint detail was logged in July and in September it has not been resolved. The consultants name is Tiyane M. Further to the above we did not receive the agreed minutes and data... I have spoken to several consultants in retentions and they are more inefficient than the previous one. Its like the entire department is utterly incompetent. No1 attempts to call back and when we do manage to get hold of someone after waiting more than an hour... Calls are never returned as promised. people that use these minutes...what's the point of owning a cellphone when there's no minutes loaded If a customer is in breach of contact mtn will cancel the contract. But on the other hand if the do not honor their part of the deal nothing happens. Highly ****ed off
Good Day all MTN''s customer service has really gone to the Dogs!!! It's really frustrating that a industry that is or should be customer driven is this bad I as a customer need to upgrade my MTN contract have had to run around from store to the Head Office Still to date have had no joy as they have advise me they are migrating systems This should not affect me as the customer , I am extremely disappointed as no one has been willing to resolve the matter its seems that MTN is very short staffed If this is the case I am willing to take my business elsewhere R500 x 24 months = that's not small change
Openweb LTE service is ,the worst thing I had ever experienced. What makes it worse is that the customer service is worse than their service itself. I am used to bad service and if you log on to the open web home page. They promise exceptional speeds. when I connected , I got 0.03mbps with a speed test. I complained and the responses had not been satisfactory to say the least.
I am extremely disgusted with the service rendered by Designer Audio. 1stly they are ridiculously priced 2ndly the after sales service is terrible. I had issues with my setup and once replaced the figures didn't add up they supplied a cheap head unit with had no justification in terms of price. they need to have there accreditation stripped I honestly wish I had never dealt with them. Rather deal with image audio in future
I had a write off with my vehicle payment was quick and easy Also I resumed insurance with my new vehicle This was the cheapest comprehensive hearing in mind my profile changed due 2 my accident Keep it up mi way Industry leader in my opinion
