The staff are amazing as they really care about correct processes and the technology which they use is a world 1st thereby offering clients faster transaction times with any real estate processes. I would highly recomend using EXP SA Realty for any real estate transaction wether it be residential or commercial. They also have a massive footprint globally.
I though I was the only one. I waited 6 weeks when they said 5-7 working days. Friday 6 January 2023 I go into Hillcrest corner cellc which makes it 6 weeks & I ask for my phone, they dont care they just say they have not got it. I, lets just say put my foot down and suddenly they make a call and tell me it is at that precise moment being loaded onto Ram couriers truck and I received it Monday with no apology. There were half a dozen other customers freaking out at the same time in this store. DISGUSTING. They quoted me R3500 for a screen, I declined after they had the ph for 3 days so they just needed to send it back which took them 6 weeks. I had a new screen sorted in 45 minutes by another cell phone shop directly opposite cell c for R900.
I took my car to their service department as it was in limp mode. They diagnosed & said I need new diesel fuel injectors. 3 days later they call me to look at quote. R28 000 to refurbish or R58 000 for new. On my own I imported new injectors for R22 800. Refurbish would only have cost R12 000. They deny any of this as they had sent the injectors to Macenzies diesel in Pinetown. The 2 companies are protecting each other so they will not let me know what Macenzies quoted to refurbish. Labour & testing is only R4000 maximum. As soon as I discovered what is going on, Macenzies said they are suddenly fully booked and cannot fit my job in. I am beyond disgusted and appalled by this behaviour. The past week my car cut out twice again and I went to a brilliant trustworthy mechanic who informed me that there is nothing wrong with my injectors and he discovered the problem whithin minutes. A faulty R350 fuel filter that was damaged and clogged so it sucked air and had limited fuel getting through. When I approached Kloof car sales workshop with this new knowledge I was told to get off the property, I have no idea what I am talking about, I have a lot to learn and so forth. They could still not explain the difference between R58 000 vs R28 000.
<p>2 hours on the phone with an ABSA call centre every time you want to do anything on online banking.</p> <p>Go to a branch and its even worse. I cant put up with this organisation anymore with the highest charges of all the banks.</p>
<p>I have a 57cm webber kettle braai and when I moved home I lost the 3 *****s that ***** the legs into the braai. I struggled to find the correct 3 *****s. I went to Hirschs as they order lots of webbers's & to add the 3 *****s to the order, Webber were charging Hirsch's ie: Me R140. I said no and phoned the local distributor and he was not interested in assisting me. I was then lucky to hear of Action Bolt in Springfield Park & I got the 3 *****s there for R4.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Bottom line is nowadays that companies are only interested in their bottom line, not you the customer enjoying their product which they charged you a fortune for because they spend the fortune on glossy marketing to get you to buy it but thereafter your on your own.</p>
<p>A faulty system ( The technician himself told me that)was installed and when I asked for it to be rectified 4 months after installation the company said I must pay again. After 2 weeks of me chasing them and Hyundai whom I bought the car from & who suggested Designer Audio do the car hands free kit , I eventually had the system fixed by designer Audio but only because I kept chasing them, harrasing them & losing my temper.</p>
<p>I bought a car from the dealership and I was then pressured into add on sales which I declined. I did accept a car hands free kit at an additional charge of +-R4500 which I paid designer Audio for though it was fitted via the deal with Hyundai. The car kit was faulty from time to time so I eventually complained and the Designer Audio tecnician told me the control unit was faulty but the company Designer Audio still insisted that I pay R800 for a new control unit even though they installed a faulty one and I had paid in full 4 months prior (Only 4 months old). It took me 2 weeks of e mailing Hyundai and Designer Audio and going to their premises first begging then screaming and shouting. Hyundai offered no assistance and where not interested. Designer Audio eventually replaced the item after I threatened them.</p>
<p>I purchased a riding crop from this store which promotes this item as a intimate spanking toy for lovers to enjoy intimate light spanking play. The item was exceptionally costly (R625 at their one store & R669 at their other) meaning that it must be the real thing not a gimmik for display purposes and it had a small booklet attached to the handle labelled fifty shades of grey item further more defining it to be the real thing. That same night I gently spanked my lovers bottom as we are new to this kind of intimate play and on the 4th tap the stem just below the handle broke. I returned the item the very next day and the owner says that I broke it on a table and also that it is not for spanking use but purely for display purposes. When I asked why it was then sold to me & for such an exorbitant price, she will not answer. Her only offer is that If I spend a further R1500 in her store then she will give me a R100 voucher to further spend in her store but my R625 is gone and I may not replace that amount with another item ie: She will not refund or exchange.</p> <p>I also purchased a rubber ring that fits over the ***** and has +-5 vibrate settings from battery power to give your lover extra sensury pleasure when your inside her. This item comes with bateries included though it has been dysfunctional from the start packing up after seconds while in the throws of passion and also when trying to change the setting to vibrate on a higher setting. To this their response is, "buy more batteries, you must have used these up."</p>
