I have dealt with Allan Rukanzakanza on a commercial property and extremely happy with the service I received. Allan has exceeded all my expectations and is an incredible agent. He is professional, efficient and charismatic. Well done Allan

I am a former agent with eXp Realty South Africa involved in a commission dispute. The lodged mandate invoiced R48,300 gross incl VAT. A R20,770.36 shortfall was advanced personally to facilitate transfer, with buyer repayment commitment via recorded voice note. Despite the recon listing the shortfall as a separate line item and surplus disbursed, eXp South Africa deducted the shortfall from my commission share (double deduction).I have requested exp for the official trust account statement from Mangera Attorneys on letterhead multiple times, have been met with delays and only internal typed breakdowns. Leadership communication has been unprofessional, including an email calling my legitimate PPRA complaint 'stupid' and an 'outburst' while discouraging reporting. [I have the email if needed]. I caution agents about potential lack of financial transparency in disputes.PPRA complaint active

After searching on our own for a place in a specific area, we crossed paths with Christo de Wet of eXp Realty South Africa. We walked a road with him, after viewing and/or reviewing various options, we found our own place and knew right away. Christo gets to know his clients, their preferences and dislikes, and gives his expert advice and input. Christo, thank you for your dedication and hard work you put into getting us what we, not only needed, but also wanted! I recommend anyone looking for a place in the Hartebee****rt area to get in contact with Christo.

I’m deeply disappointed with EXP Realty and their agent Seelan Moodley. I moved into a property they rented to me that was full of mould, broken doors, and leaks. When I asked for repairs, the landlord started threatening me, entered my home without permission, and even removed the prepaid electricity meter while I wasn’t there. My children are now sick from the mould, and despite all the proof I’ve sent, EXP Realty has done nothing to help or take responsibility. I just want my deposit and rent refunded and for this agency to be held accountable. No family should go through what we’re going through.

The staff are amazing as they really care about correct processes and the technology which they use is a world 1st thereby offering clients faster transaction times with any real estate processes. I would highly recomend using EXP SA Realty for any real estate transaction wether it be residential or commercial. They also have a massive footprint globally.

!!!! Complaint: Misrepresentation by Estate Agent Regarding Property Sale I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the unprofessional conduct I experienced with Exp Realty SA, specifically with Kelebogile Matlou. Our first interaction took place on 26 August 2025 at 9:30 am via WhatsApp, where I enquired about a property in Bloubosrand, Randburg. The agent only responded the following day, informing me that she was away for the week and would return on Monday, 1 September 2025. I requested that she follow up with me regarding the property, but she failed to do so. On Monday, 1 September 2025, I again requested a viewing for the same property. My messages were ignored until I insisted, at which point she finally responded on The 2nd of September 2025 at 3:00 pm, stating that the house had already been sold. However, upon checking, I discovered that the property was still actively listed on the website, which constitutes a clear misrepresentation of facts. This level of service is highly disappointing and falls short of the professional and ethical standards expected from a registered property practitioner. I strongly urge Exp Realty SA to take accountability for this matter and ensure that such misleading conduct is not repeated.
