Europ car is completely useless. I had another vehicle crash into the back of me 5 months ago. A month ago I was eventually told that the other party will pay the claim. I am waiting for the refund to be paid back to me. After 5 months now I have absolutely no idea when. The worst service. Worse than Government

I had an accident 2 months ago, 7 weeks ago i gave all the details including accident report ect to tempest car hire. After 7 weeks they still cant tell me if its a successful claim. the other part is insured and they already recorded the claim on their side. Tempest car hire has absolutely no urgency and to be frank completely useless
The worst most pathetic servive i have ever had with any company. 3 1/2 hours to get information how to activate a sim card they sent me. first 30 minutes delay between messages the an hour between the last 2 message. I have taken the sim and crushed it a complete waste of my time
I have delt with Kopano from Europ car for approximately 6 monthly transactions and he is incredible. He is hands on, professional, helpful and provides excellent service irrespective the task. I have built a relationship where I only want to deal with him
I have been trying to open a business account online. 3 times I have sent my documents. I have phoned the contact telephone number displayed in their email and I am told by the agent they dont have access to check the status. I have emailed them numerous times to call me. Its been a week now. I opened a business account with capitec business and it was done in 24 hours. It is sad that I have to lodge a complaint before I am helped
