I am beyond disappointed with Device Doctor, the repair company that works with Naked Insurance. How can a repair centre not have parts for a phone for over two months? This is completely unacceptable. Every time I follow up, I get the same excuses and absolutely no progress. It’s shocking that a company partnered with an insurer does not have the necessary parts or an efficient process to handle claims.
What worries me even more is that they have access to my iCloud login details. This is a huge privacy and security concern if anything happens to my bank accounts or personal data, Device Doctor and Naked Insurance will need to take full accountability.
This has been the worst experience ever. I strongly advise anyone considering Naked Insurance - Device Doctor to think twice before trusting them with your device or personal information. I am still waiting for my phone, and the service has been nothing short of disappointing.
