I had a very bad experience at Devonvale Golf Lodge Estate with customer service at the lowest level. Venue is awesome but my experience with reservation and booking, customer service was the worst experienced, Being a regular traveller locally and internationally. We were checkout without our knowledge whilst attending my son's wedding in Stellenbosch. Our privacy was invaded and touching and moving our personal belongings without consent in the room during Covid19 was not sitting all good with Shana and I. The worst was the manager was not on site and had to ask receptionist to call him so I could voice my concerns, but Jaco and staff had an attitude, no empathy to our situation, he was helpful at all. Please ensure when booking at Devonvale Golf Estate , that they honour your deal and ensure that they live up to their promise. Very very unhappy customer.
