Disappointing Service Delivery
A few days of work took over a week to complete even though the premises was vacant. They did not clean after completing their work and when I asked them why they had not cleaned properly, the owner advised that they are not a 'cleaning company'. The workers went into one of my rooms and looted my cupboard - when this was taken up with the owner, he outright denied that it was his workers and he blamed the complex security guards. A few hours later, I received a call from his worker to apologize for stealing from me and my goods were returned the next morning. No compensation was offered by the Owner for the theft and inconvenience caused.

Terrible After Service!
Apalling after service!!! Undertook roof repairs and provided a 10 year guarantee on the waterproofing. This did not last for even a year! I've had endless issues with leaks in the same place with no proper resolution. Shalin sub-contracted the waterproofing work and has not been on site since the job was completed. He is taking no responsibility and is not honoring the guarantee provided. Does not respond to messages or calls! For a woman to be taken advantage of like this is absolutely disgusting!

Awesome Service: DH Maintenance and Construction
This company was recommended to me on FB. What great service! I was expecting the worst due to bad experiences in the past with other companies but DH Maintenance and Construction surpassed all my expectations. I have now used their services twice and I have no hesitation in recommending their workmanship. The owner is very attentive. He responds to queries within minutes and is always available to assist. The best part for me is that they always remove the rubble! Well done to Shalin and his excellent team
