Dial-a-bed Kramerville Sandton!!! High-End Price, Low-End Quality "I chose Dial-a-bed pecifically for their reputation for quality, but the bed I received is a massive disappointment. Within 8months the mattress is already sagging squeaking lumpy. What makes it worse is that they outsource their delivery and assembly to a third party!!! The contractors were unprofessional andcareless!, mixing old mattresses with the clients new mattresses and the store seems to use this as an excuse to avoid accountability. I expected a premium experience and instead got a budget-tier product with zero oversight."the bed was still under warranty and guaruntee but they refuse to replace it with the same price value, they wanted me to pay in extra money in order to receive another bed! I refused and inisisted on a refund! , they now having system payment system issues, my money is not in my account as yet PLEASE THINK CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY FROM DIAL-A-BED
