Misled by consultant - Service refusal despite verbal confirmation on recorded phone call!! I am extremely disappointed with Dotsure car insurance. I specifically called their centre to confirm my vehicle was covered for a minor service. The consultant, explicitly assured me that the car could be insured for this service. Now that it is time to honour that commitment, the company is refusing to assist. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. I have requested the call recordings to prove this verbal agreement, but the company is being uncooperative. Potential customers should be wary of the information provided by their sales staff. !!!!!
I am writing this to highlight an issue with payflex's automated billing system. every month!!, the system incorrectly flagged my account for late debit, resulting in an unfair R125 penalty and this is every month!!!. I have evidence showing that debit that contradicts the system's error, e.g., my payment was on time. I’ve tried resolving this through standard support but have only received automated replies. I am looking for a human representative to review my case and refund the fee immediately."
Prepaid Telkom, very very poor signal and service every month I buy 10gig for day and 10 gig for night, every two hours it says out of bundle and then it cuts off my signal and internet! people please dont choose prepad telkom as a service provider! poor signal and service

Within 8months the mattress is already sagging squeaking lumpy. What makes it worse is that they outsource their delivery and assembly to a third party!!! The contractors were unprofessional andcareless!, mixing old mattresses with the clients new mattresses and the store seems to use this as an excuse to avoid accountability. I expected a premium experience and instead got a budget-tier product with zero oversight."the bed was still under warranty and guaruntee but they refuse to replace it with the same price value, they wanted me to pay in extra money in order to receive another bed! I refused and inisisted on a refund! , they now having system payment system issues, my money is not in my account as yet PLEASE THINK CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY FROM DIAL-A-BED

I am a Nedbank Business Account client, Recently I noticed that my Nedbank Cheque account has been deducted, with the same amount of R225 every month, since March 2020, By NRB Acting Subscription Fee.!!! On the 12 March 2020 I made a call to to go to the Nedbank Call centre to find out how, why, and who. Firstly, the call centre agent had no clue whether if the amount charged by Nedbank or not,He then advised me to go into the bank, I decided to go to the bank and there the teller told me I must call the call centre, because they wont be able to assist me???????????!!!!!! Can someone tell me where to from here??????? I lost my job and with the very little I have in the bank I still have Nedbank taking money from me?!! I want my R1350 as soon as possible 1 March 2020 - 01 August 2020 (deductions) This is daylight robbery?????????? how can there be deductions from my account and no one at Nedbank can tell me or explain to me why they deducting? I am extremely upset
Zone Fitness Brackenfell very unprofessional!! No Sense of Customer Service at All!! <br> We started our membership in Feb 2015. The debit order was scheduled to off on the last day of every month!!<br> what do they do?? deduct a day before the last day!! obviously it going to bounce back because there is no money in my account!!! I complained in March 2015 and its November 2015! Still sitting with the same issue..<br> I will advise no one to join that gym!!
