Don't buy from Diamond Love Bridal Couture

My wife went to Diamond Love Bridal Couture and purchased a wedding dress. She left the dress to be altered at an extra cost of R3600. She paid for the dress and the alterations before returning to collect it. Unfortunately the alterations were done extremely poorly and the dress was cut too small - the dress maker cut off too much material which made it impossible to make it bigger without adding in an extra piece of fabric. My wife was extremely upset not only with the alterations but also the attitude and response from the shop. After the 3rd failed attempt at altering the dress my wife had to go to another dress maker in order to make a last ditch attempt to rectify the mess the dress maker had made. After the wedding I called the store to express my dissatisfaction however I was told that we agreed to their terms and conditions and nothing could be done. I was also informed that the stores policy is that we needed to advise them of an issue in writing, first we heard of it. Buyers Beware!! You are left with no options in this scenario other than to accept bad service.
