Ordered a new contract online. Took ages to deliver the Sim card. Then it didn't work. They charge you even though the Sim isn't active and can't be used. The call enter keeps escalating and nothing happens.
I was quite happy with Vox until they double billed me. I've tried at least 5 times to get resolution. Still no luck. I suggest a provider that can actually assist with an issue instead of hanging up on you.
I signed up for a Month to month internet package. Immediately I was double charged. I phoned the call center and they promised they would phone me back and explain it to me. As is always the case with mtn they never called back. I did however receive an sms saying my query is resolved. Out of frustration I cancelled the contract. Yet they still charge me for the cancelled contract. I've tried every channel and no luck
I had the strangest experience with FirstShop. I ordered some printer cartdiges that were faulty. I then attempted to return them. I've had more back and forth in trying to return them that the whole order is worth. Liasing with couriers, returns agents, suppliers etc. I called and simply told them I don't have the time or inclination to deal with this. If they refund me then great if not I am over it. Just save yourself the aggravation and order from Takealot.
Really disappointing service from Samsung. After an issue with my phone they told me they need approx 14 business days to repair the device and they will also delete all the data. An independant repair store said it will take about 1 hour. I kept asking for an answer and no one would get back to me. After pushing them for an answer they stood firm telling me it's their process and that's it. I asked if they wanted to improve it and they said they have no need because no one else complains. I didn't know where to go.
I had a great experience on Canvas and More. The prices are low and the delivery was fast. Good quality canvases.
I bought a sim card and then a little while later it expired with all the money on it. I called Mtn and they said they can do nothing, I've never heard of money expiring. What a bunch of crooks!
I had 4 x fraudelent transactions on my account. They assigned it to a case manager who didnt even bother to respond to calls or emails. This is truly the Ned**** one expects. 16 weeks and counting. The numbers just go dead.
Just read the reviews below- quite simply put they should not operate an online store. I placed an order that never arrived then spent hour upon hours trying to track it down. The call center doesn't answer. Online chat can't help. Facebook doesn't answer messages. It's the endless loop of telling the problem to the next person who can never help. Please don't operate an online store if you cannot make deliveries.
I hired a car from Tempest twice in a 3 month period. Each time I hire a car they suspiciously need to refuel it. They charge you an amount for fuel which is fake and then a levy to refuel on top of that. I think this is a little more than a strange coincidence now and more like common business practice! The last time I was told they are investigating this. Unsurprisingly I never recevied feedback. I'm sure it's not only them who do it; but they just got caught out now.
