On 9 April 2015 a dress fitting appointment was confirmed for 9 May 2015 at 11am at Diamond Love. On 8 May 2015 Linky confirmed appointment for 11am on 9 May 2015. Bride drove through from Mpumalanga especially for the appointment only to receive a SMS from the consultant at 10.20am cancelling appointment as they had double booked. Bride eventually persuaded a stubborn and unaccommodating consultant to allow for one fitting, Linky reluctantly agreed. In store service was rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful and bride was told to 'be very quick'. Not the kind of experience expected when shopping for such a special occasion.
