<p>Went to Mercedes Benz Umhlanga on Saturday with every intention of buying a car. We arrived on the dot of 9am and had to wait until 9.10am as the dealership wasn't open. It then took over 15min for someone to offer any assistance, and the ONLY assistance came from Harold in the preowned department, who tried very hard to make up for his inadequate colleagues. They didn't even have a demo of the model we were looking to order, no one could confirm the price and no one seemed to care less. We have never been met with such apathy. Will definitely NEVER purchase a car from this dealership. Audi are grateful for your poor service! </p>

On 9 April 2015 a dress fitting appointment was confirmed for 9 May 2015 at 11am at Diamond Love. On 8 May 2015 Linky confirmed appointment for 11am on 9 May 2015. Bride drove through from Mpumalanga especially for the appointment only to receive a SMS from the consultant at 10.20am cancelling appointment as they had double booked. Bride eventually persuaded a stubborn and unaccommodating consultant to allow for one fitting, Linky reluctantly agreed. In store service was rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful and bride was told to 'be very quick'. Not the kind of experience expected when shopping for such a special occasion.
The only reason why I placed an order with [URL Removed] on 23 March 2015 is because I was ensured delivery by 25 March 2015. It was critical that I received the goods prior to 27 March 2015 as I am immigrating on 28 March 2015 and needed to take the items with as gifts for my niece and nephews. <br> <br> 25 March 2015 came and by without a delivery and when I called the helpdesk they were unsure as to when delivery would take place. Today, 26 March 2015, I have received half of the order (but an email confirming full delivery??) with absolutely no communication or explanation as to why the other half is missing. On calling their helpdesk again, I was informed that the remaining items aren't actually in stock (the site stated they were at the time of placing the order!) and they couldn't confirm expected delivery (literally had no clue). I have requested that I be refunded immediately, which I was told would need to be checked with their finance department?! <br> <br> Don't make commitments that you can't keep, train your helpdesk staff to actually solve issues and enquiries and refund me immediately. Safe to say I will never make use of [URL Removed] EVER AGAIN!
